bucket boss nail pouch metal detecting gear

Bucket Boss Fastener Pouch $6

A lot of detectorists use a simple contractor pouch like this Bucket Boss. It’s a nice sized pouch. The negative being it does not have a small pouch for treasures. But you could keep a plastic container in there for those.

garrett finds pouch metal detecting gear

Garrett Treasure Pouch $9

The Garrett Treasure Pouch is what I got when I first started detecting. It’s simple and inexpensive, has an inner zippered pocket. It needs you to have a belt on to attach it too, and may be the better for those with a large waist as the Garrett Camo’s nylon belt is only so long.

Digger's Pouch Camo Pouch $13

I have two of these Garrett Digger Pouches. They are simple and inexpensive and quite durable. Within the pouch is a small zippered special pocket. I hang my pinpointer on one of the slots on the front. My only complaint is that the loosen on my waist a bit on their own.

minelab finds pouch metal detecting gear

Minelab Finds Pouch in Sand & Black for your Tools and Finds $15

This Minelab Finds Pouch seems like a better pouch than the other one I listed.

kellyco mesh pouch metal detecting gear

KELLYCO 3-Pocket Mesh Pouch $18

The Kellyco 3 Pocket Mesh Pouch has deep pockets and is very well built. You must have a belt on to attach it.

I really like the Kelloco 3 pocket mesh pouch. It’s perfect for the metal detector, especially if you do any detecting at the beach in the sand. I shopped around and could not find an equivalent quality bag for metal detect findings. I keep my cell phone, glasses, my ID and my keys in the outside zipper pocket. The large center pocket (secured with velcro) is big enough for just about anything you find. The smaller inside pocket is nice to seperate your more valuable findings. Has belt loops. Made with a strong mesh. I expect this bag will last for many years. Any dirt and sand will fall thru the mesh material. Con: Shipping should be included. A good value, a good quality bag. A accessory well worth getting. – Cityman

treasure wise finds pouch metal detecting gear

Treasure Wise Metal Detector Finds Recovery Pouch $18

The Treasure Wise Finds Pouch seems decent enough. It says the nylon belt fits up to 42″. I’m thinking that’s a tad shorter than the cheaper Garrett Camo Pouch. But you may dislike camo as much as I do.

bounty hunter finds pouch metal detecting gear

Bounty Hunter TP-KIT-W Pouch and Trowel Combo Kit $19

The Bounty Hunter TP-KIT-W Pouch and Trowel Combo Kit says it’s been discontinued but you can still buy it. Nice little pouch and it comes with a basic digging trowel.

Well constructed item’s. Just the right size. Easy to operate buckle. Ample adjustable belt size. Two section storage, one for digging glove and one for finds. Digging tool is very sturdy, but bring glove (s) if you are digging a lot! Best if worn on side of hip and not in front of waist. – James

metal detecting gear white's

Whites Signature Series Metal Detector Finds Waist Pouch $31

The White’s Signature Series Metal Detector Finds Waist Pouch is a well-built finds pouch from a great company.

This is a fantastic finds pouch! It has everything you need. Mesh bottom to drain dirt and sand, inner pockets to hold a pin pointer, batteries, digging tools and more. The zipper pocket will hold all your important stuff without losing it. The belt is not permanently attached so you can use the belt of your choice. It is made of heavy duty nylon that should last for years, and you can’t beat the price! *Note: the color is more of a dark charcoal, unlike the silvery photo. Happy Detecting! – Mark

Minelab Tool & Trash Pouch $33

Leave it to Minelab to make The Minelab Tool & Trash Pouch one of the most expensive pouches. It looks very similar to the Garrett Camo but is almost 3x the price.

The Relic Elite Metal Detecting Pouch is certainly not cheap, but is super well made. I really like that it has a holster for your pinpointer.

The Treasure Hunters Large 17 Blaze Orange Sling Pack is a pretty cool way to hold your gear (including a CCW pocket) and comes with a whole bunch of accessories for detecting.
