A2: where else can I dig up old silver coins? It’s the hobby that pays for itself

A3: Reading a treasure magazine while on a family vacation at age 10.

A4: Micronta POS from radioshack / Minelab CTX

A5: depends on definition of “best”. Most valuable was ultra rare tokens from OK territory ghost town. Favorite was first silver dollar. Most memorable was a medal I dreamed of finding the night before the hunt
Q6: What motivates you to keep going?
A6: the silver baby! The silver calls to me!
Q7: What other hobbies have you been ignoring?
A7: sky diving, fishing, hunting, housework, real work, LOL
Q8: What advice to you have for newbies?
A8: don’t do it for the money, you’re better off working part time at McDs! You will dig trash! Just slow down and enjoy the hunt, good things will come in time

A9: I’m too stubborn to quit hunting sites with good history

A10: The silver, the older the better.

A11: the trash. so much trash everywhere we go.

A12: start with the best detector available, doing more research for old sites

A13: a detector that can separate gold from aluminum
